My boys and I can’t wait to read this next book in the Nick McIver series (didn’t know it was a series yet!). It’s a sequel to the book Nick of Time (search my library here for more on that book) and involves Nick traveling back in time to the Revolutionary War in America to help George Washington win a key battle. Nick of Time was a well-written, exciting historical fiction book (meaning, the story was fiction, but the setting was all historical) and we look forward to more of the same with The Time Pirate! Great way to “get into” history.
