This Journey

Posted on October 15th, 2003 :: 2:35 pm by Greg

I have noticed that when I write a song… it often consumes most of my day, even if I don’t take very long to actually "write" the song. It may take me less than an hour to write the song, but then the next 4 are spent playing it, learning it, recording it, charting it,…

Chiropractors

Posted on October 14th, 2003 :: 10:45 pm by Greg

Have you ever been to a Chiropractor? Have you ever said you would NEVER go to a Chiropractor? I feel kinda weird about chiropracticism… (or, whatever that might be called). I mean… you go in and they crack and twist you… that doesn’t seem nice. I like my back where it is thank you… BUT,…

Technical Difficulties

Posted on October 11th, 2003 :: 7:58 pm by Greg

Oh my… don’t I love technology… Actually, I do. It is amazing what we can do these days. I have almost instant access to the world really. Anything and everything I need to know or buy or whatever is available on the internet. At home we have high-speed access for all the big files we…

Perspective

Posted on October 11th, 2003 :: 7:58 pm by Greg

I was just thinking… much of life is how you see it. Where you see it from. I was just thinking about that awesome, amazing way we saw God come through with this van – it is way more than we can afford, and yet it was sold to us right in our price range…….

Heading To Florida

Posted on October 9th, 2003 :: 6:26 am by Greg

We are heading out to Florida today (we hope… we still need to actually get our van back from the dealer – they are putting on the hitch and trailer wiring for us!) And that is great. I looked at (and typed) the calendar for the next couple months…. it will be awesome! Very cool….

More than we could ask or imagine…

Posted on October 8th, 2003 :: 7:58 am by Greg

Wow. That’s all I am still feeling after a long long 24 hours yesterday. It started off with lots of car searching. I tried very hard to scour as much of the internet as I knew how. I worked very hard and found some pretty good deals. But that was not really good enough. That…

Update…

Posted on October 7th, 2003 :: 1:54 am by Greg

For those of you following along at home… We heard from insurance today, and they are going to give us a nice sum of money for a totaled vehicle. We are very sad to lose such a trusty friend (Bluester…) but glad for insurance, and a God who has watched over us through this whole…

Alexander Caedon Campbell

Posted on October 5th, 2003 :: 4:02 pm by Greg

Two years ago this day we were living in a small room in a hospital, being visited by friends and family… and marveling at the new little boy God had given us. Today we are celebrating that little boy’s life. ๐Ÿ™‚ He is awesome. We are so glad God gave him to us. He is…

Nothing Yet…

Posted on October 4th, 2003 :: 8:48 am by Greg

We really don’t know anything yet on the status of our van. We know it still doesn’t go. ๐Ÿ™‚ The State Farm Insurance folks called yesterday, and said they heard of our rush, and so they will do their best… but their best is Monday. So, we wait. Waiting is not that fun. But it’s…
