If you’re planning to make ice cream this month (National Ice Cream Month, don’t ya know!) then perhaps a visit to this site would be helpful. Found it linked off of the Turkey Hill Ice Cream blog. Seems like tons and tons of great, helpful ice cream-making information.
Making ice cream is definitely an art. As I have learned from many unsuccessful attempts at doing so. I’m good with food in general… so it’s fun when I discover something that is a challenge! Hope to keep improving my ice cream making skills this summer, and I think some stuff on the Ice Cream Recipes.com site might help. 🙂

I make Ice Cream for a living at the moment. 🙂 But hey, ya know what, amateur is cool too. I didn’t know it was Nat’l ice cream month though – put it up on a sign in thet store, so Greg, you’ve helped us sell more ice cream. Don’t you feel good inside?

Yeah, we’re planning a trip with friends to the local Coldstone Creamery. Definitely has to be one of the outings during National Ice Cream Month!!!
